Reserve Course Materials
Course Reserves
Course reserves materials are selected by faculty for use with specific classes and are located at the Circulation Desk or in the Instructional Materials Center. These materials are placed on reserve at the request of the professor, who designates the loan period of two hours, three hours, one day, three days, or seven days. Physical reserves can include Kent Library items or items personally owned by the professor.
eReserves
eReserves are materials which live online and are available to students 24x7, not just when Kent Library is open. Kent Library eReserves make it easy for faculty members to embed materials into their course websites by providing a ready-made link which is useable on-campus or off-campus. Faculty members can also direct students to the Kent Library catalog to find e-reserves for their coursework.
